Using your candles
Is Context an LED product?
Yes. Each candle has an LED light source and a rechargeable battery inside a hand-poured paraffin wax body. There is no open flame.
Can we use Context where open flames are restricted?
Context uses LED light. Check your venue’s rules, lease requirements and local fire authority guidance before choosing table lighting. We do not claim a universal fire-code approval.
What comes in the six-pack?
Six rechargeable LED candles, a USB charging dock for all six, a USB cable and a power adapter. The set is $130.
How long does a charge last?
Each candle provides 30 hours of light. That’s five six-hour services, or about two weeks at two hours each evening. Continuous use lasts 30 hours.
How do we recharge them?
Connect the USB dock using the included USB cable and power adapter, then place the candles on the dock. All six recharge together in 30 minutes. Using your candles.
Will they fit our candle holders?
Each candle is 2.5 inches (64 mm) tall and 1.25 inches (32 mm) wide. Check the inside dimensions and access to the candle before ordering. View the dimension drawing.
How many sets do we need?
Multiply your table count by the candles per table. Divide by six and round up to whole sets. For example, 24 tables with two candles each need 48 candles: eight sets and eight charging docks. Plan your quantity.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
US shipping for one set is $15. Larger orders require a shipping quote before payment. Send your quantity and destination.
Can you ship outside the US?
Please request a shipping quote before ordering. The one-set $15 rate is for US shipping.
Can I change the delivery details?
Contact support with your order details as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order’s shipping status.
Returns
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
Return the undamaged six-candle set and charging dock within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping is not refunded; return shipping is buyer-paid. Read the full terms.
How do I arrange a return?
Contact support with your order details to arrange the return of all six candles and the dock. Return shipping is buyer-paid.
