When you place an order, request a sample, or contact Context Candles, we use the details you provide to handle that request. This may include your business, name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

Orders and enquiries

Payment details are entered with the secure checkout provider shown when you pay. Context’s website does not collect or store card numbers. Order and enquiry details are used to manage payment, fulfilment, and support.

Links and visit information

We may associate an order or request with the link that brought you here, such as a campaign or reorder link. This helps us understand which enquiries lead to orders. The website temporarily keeps these link details in your browser for the session.

If you move from the order form to a shipping quote in the same tab, we temporarily keep your contact details and any US city, state and postal code in that tab so you do not have to enter them again. These details are available to the quote form for five minutes and are removed when it reads them. They are not added to the page address.
